3 week Diabetic Series offered!

I will be leading a once a week class in Diabetic Cooking Classic Cooking Academy in Scottsdale, AZ starting on the 21st of January 2025. What a great way to start the new year and explore ways to enhance your healthy home cooking. The class is a combination of interactive learning and hands on kitchen instruction. Yes, you will be creating dishes, and then get to sample them as well!
