Did it! Achieved last year's goal, now what?

January 7, 2017

Resolution

As 2017 begins, there is plenty of noise about starting a new year’s resolution. The number one resolution of course, is weight loss.  It requires you to change your health habits to get results.  Very actionable, easy to measure.  You either get results or you don’t.  In 2016, my husband and I made that our priority and now, one year later, I can say I succeeded in better health and a 10 lb. weight loss!

The question is, can you sustain results after reaching your goal?  That’s the toughest part of all!

Commitment

The commitment to start a new challenge is sometimes so daunting, but what if we could focus on the other side of our emotions?  Getting energized and excited about making a commitment to change. Creating desire for lasting change and accepting the setbacks that comes with it along the way.

So whether it’s losing weight or professional development, it takes the right mindset.  With 20 years experience in the training and development field, I am practicing what I believe in.  Having the self discipline and awareness to make change for the better and continuing to learn and develop.

Confidence

Confidence is my number one resolution this year.  Helping others increase their confidence in achieving their professional development goals is my number one goal!

My consulting practice can you give you that edge to make change happen this year.  Whether it’s personal development, team development or leader development, I am confident together we can take your skills to the next level.
